Information Notice

Personal data used to respond to your inquiry.

This information notice is displayed wherever our website collects email addresses through the contact form.

Data controller contact

Website brand: Silvera Group. Requests concerning processing can be sent to info@silveragroup.com. A registered legal entity name and address must be disclosed when confirmed.

Personal data

Name, email address, selected company or topic, message and limited security metadata generated by the submission.

Collection method and purposes

Information is collected electronically when you submit the form; it is used to receive, evaluate and respond to your request, coordinate follow-up, and maintain service security.

Legal basis

Depending on the nature of the request, processing may be necessary for steps taken at your request before a contract, for compliance with a legal obligation, or for a legitimate interest that does not override fundamental rights, as applicable under Article 5 of the KVKK. The form’s acknowledgment confirms you have read this notice; it is not a substitute for any separate explicit consent legally required.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be transmitted to the configured hosting and email service providers only to operate the form. Any international transfers must meet applicable statutory safeguards before activation.

Retention and your rights

Correspondence is kept for the period reasonably necessary to answer the request and comply with applicable legal duties. You may exercise the rights in Article 11 of the KVKK via the contact address above. See the Privacy Policy.

A. Controller identity and contact

The data controller is the person or legal entity actually operating the contact function. The brand Silvera Group alone does not establish a registered legal name or address. Verified registration details and an appropriate rights-request channel must be published before production use. General questions can be sent through the contact address shown on the site.

B. Information collected

The form may collect a name, email address, selected division, message and submission timestamp. These details are collected electronically and directly from the person completing the fields. Session and technical verification data may also be processed to protect the form. A CV, telephone number or postal address is not a standard mandatory field.

C. Purposes and lawful grounds

Information may be processed to understand the request, route it to the appropriate team, respond, explore possible business cooperation and prevent spam or misuse. The actual relevant legal ground under Article 5 of Law No. 6698 must be documented for each processing operation. Reading an information notice is not the same as giving explicit consent.

D. Recipients and transfers

Actual hosting and mail-delivery providers may handle limited information required for site operation. Routing a request between legally separate SILVERA entities may amount to a separate disclosure, depending on the actual corporate structure. Such flows must be reviewed and comply with the applicable rules.

E. Retention and deletion

Enquiries should be kept only as necessary for handling them, subject to genuine contractual or legal retention obligations. Once there is no valid basis to continue processing, data should be erased, destroyed or anonymized as required by law. Precise periods must come from the actual processing inventory and should not be invented.

F. Your statutory rights

Article 11 of the KVKK includes rights to learn whether personal information is processed, request details, learn the purposes and recipients, seek correction of inaccurate information and request erasure or destruction where the legal conditions apply. Requests should follow the applicable procedure and be directed to the verified controller.

G. Information versus consent

The link to this notice helps you understand the processing involved. Where explicit consent is legally necessary, it must be freely given and specific to the relevant purpose. A person seeking to submit a business enquiry should not be compelled to consent to unrelated marketing communications.

H. Secure correspondence

Please do not include passwords, identity numbers, bank-card details, special-category personal data or trade secrets in general-purpose form fields. For a sensitive discussion, first ask about a suitable secure communication channel.
