SILVERA / INFORMATION

Terms of Use

Conditions for using the Silvera Group website.

Effective date: 6 November 2026. By accessing this site, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

1. Purpose

The site presents the Silvera Group ecosystem, its divisions, ideas and selected demonstrations. Descriptions of concepts and prototypes do not represent verified performance specifications or binding commercial offers.

2. Permitted use

You may browse and link to public pages for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, attack the service, or misrepresent its content.

3. Intellectual property

Branding, original texts, illustrations, software and models are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No transfer or license is implied unless separately agreed. Third-party names remain the property of their owners.

4. Accuracy and availability

We aim to provide accurate information but content can change and technical interruptions may occur. Nothing on this site replaces a signed agreement or technical validation.

5. External links

Links to external sites, where present, are provided for convenience. Their respective operators control their content and privacy practices.

6. Liability and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Contact

For inquiries about this site, contact info@silveragroup.com. Mandatory company registration details must be published when verified.

8. Intellectual property and brand use

SILVERA names, original logos, design elements, site content, user interfaces, 3D models, images and software components may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Viewing or downloading them does not grant permission for commercial reuse, redistribution or derivative works unless expressly stated. Third-party open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

9. Enquiries and proposals

Sending a message through the website does not itself create a contract, accepted project, price guarantee or binding proposal. Scope, delivery dates, fees, confidentiality and obligations become binding only when separately agreed. Visitors should ensure they are authorized to share any materials included in an enquiry.

10. Conceptual material and specifications

Aircraft illustrations, software interfaces, 3D models and project stages may be conceptual or promotional. They should not be treated as proof of manufacturing, certification, field testing, flight performance or commercial availability. Only expressly confirmed written specifications govern an identified product or service.

11. Availability and maintenance

The site may be temporarily unavailable because of updates, security work, network failures or third-party service interruptions. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, uninterrupted or error-free access is not promised. Reasonable efforts may be made to investigate reported issues.

12. Prohibited conduct

Unauthorized access attempts, automated attacks, malicious code, spam, harassment, extraction of protected information, copyright infringement and unreasonable interference with website availability are prohibited. Legitimate security research should obtain written authorization in advance.

13. External links

Links to third-party platforms do not constitute an endorsement of their content, service quality or privacy practices. Other services are subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Limitations of liability

Visitors should independently evaluate general information before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, certain responsibilities for outdated materials or interruptions may be limited. This clause does not waive mandatory statutory rights or seek to exclude liability where the law prohibits exclusion.

15. Governing law and disputes

Subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection rules, these terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts or other remedies depend on the nature of the dispute and mandatory jurisdiction rules. This provision does not waive any non-excludable right.

16. Updates and contact

Terms may be revised in response to changes in services or legal requirements. Publication of the updated version and suitable notice of material changes should be considered. Questions may be directed to the contact details on the site.
